ISO 9001 Standards

CMM Machines
Our advanced quality control technologies include the use of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs). These devices allow us to test against design intent by measuring the dimensions and geometries of our parts with a high degree of accuracy. Measurement techniques can include touch probes, laser scanners, and the creation of 3D models of parts.
We regularly calibrate our CMM machines to ensure that they are providing accurate measurements. Our skilled operators are highly trained to use our state-of-the-art equipment in the most effective and efficient manner. This quality control process guarantees that your parts will meet precise dimensional specifications and will be free from defects.
Advanced CAD, CAM & CNC Machining
Our advanced computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) technologies ensure the accuracy and consistency of your parts. CAD and CAM allow us to create prototypes with minimal waste, or detailed 3D models, which are used to simulate performance and identify any potential issues. Once the parts are tested and validated, our technology generates toolpaths for our computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce your custom-designed parts. Our technologies guarantee that your parts are manufactured to precise specifications and tight tolerances.

Meet Our Quality Control Engineers
They are responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. Day-to-day duties include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes that meet or exceed industry standards, including ISO 9001 and other relevant regulations and requirements.
- Performing quality inspections of incoming materials and finished products, including visual inspections and measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
- Conducting statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
