KEVIN GERAGHTY
CEO and Founder

Kevin Geraghty is the CEO and founder of Worldwide Sourcing and Solutions, a full-service supplier of precision components for original equipment manufacturers (O.E.M.s) across the globe. He prides himself on providing top-quality engineering, supply chain management, machining, assembly, warehousing and logistics services to a diverse customer base. By developing strategic relationships with multinational corporations, Kevin advises a wide range of O.E.M. suppliers serving some of the biggest names in the industry, including General Motors and Caterpillar.

Kevin holds a B.S. in International Business from the University of Colorado and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, which he learned while attending university in Taiwan and Kunming, China. He has built an extensive network of manufacturing and warehousing facilities both in China and the United States, which has been instrumental in helping him achieve extraordinary success in the business community. Prior to founding Worldwide in 2003, Kevin spent years developing supplier relationships and purchasing solutions for various publicly traded U.S. companies. He has also launched and successfully sold several businesses and continues to give back to the community by supporting various charities and serving on a number of profit and nonprofit boards. Kevin resides in Castle Pines, Colorado, with his wife and two daughters.

TONIA SMALLWOOD
Operations Manager

Meet Tonia Smallwood, a seasoned Operations Manager at Worldwide Sourcing and Solutions, where she formulates strategy, improves performance, and procures material and resources. With over 25 years of experience in finance, purchasing, and customer support fields, Tonia brings strong expertise in budgeting, purchasing, bookkeeping, and logistics to the company. Her streamlined business procedures have significantly improved Worldwide’s overall efficiency, ensuring the company runs smoothly.

Tonia graduated from Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, where she was on athletic scholarship. Prior to joining Worldwide Sourcing and Solutions in 2018, Tonia was the business services assistant at American Academy Charter School in Castle Pines, Colorado, where she handled accounting functions as a liaison for around 150 staff members and wrote monthly newsletters. Tonia is a strong supporter of the Tennyson Center, which is known for its high standard of care for abused and neglected children. She resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with her husband and three children .

Our China Based Team

OTTO CHENG
Director of Engineering, China Team

Since 2005, Otto Cheng has served as General Manager of the China Team at Worldwide Sourcing and Solutions. In this capacity, Otto solicits select suppliers for new Requests for Quote (RFQs) and directs the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), which ensures that Worldwide’s manufactured components are made to the correct specifications every time. At Worldwide, Otto heads new product development, follow-up, production, and shipment schedules. Dealing with material requirements planning (MRP), engineering change notices (ECN) and other issues, he works with factories to fix quality issues and with sales departments to ensure order delivery on time and on budget.

Otto possesses a depth of experience in the areas of production sourcing, casting process, whole machining, quality control, and customer service. After graduating from mechanical design and manufacturing school in 1997, he continued to study and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Prior to joining Worldwide, Otto worked in Chen Hsong machinery Shenzhen Co., Ltd. As production material control (PMC) director, he was responsible for the production assembly rolling plan of every month and material planning. Otto also worked as a PMC technician in a Taiwan hardware factory located in Bao’an, Shenzhen, where he held responsibility for the production schedule and shipment tracking.

YIN LI-CHANG
General Manager, Partner of Taizhou China Plant

Yin Li-Chang is a Worldwide Sourcing and Solutions strategic business partner under our extensive network of manufacturing and warehousing facilities. Under his leadership, business is booming at Hengchuang Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd., located in Taizhou city, Zhejiang province, China. The company’s products are in great demand at home and abroad, and Yin holds a high reputation in the industry. Hengchuang manufactures various gear boxes, reducers, and engineering machinery, including: spiral bevel gear box, straight gear box, worm gear box, and cylindrical gear box. The company’s line of products also includes a variety of high pressure valve bodies and cast housings. Hengchuang’s products are used in a variety of applications, such as tractors, combines, farm mowers, snow sweepers, fertilizer applicators, grain conveyors, industrial equipment, petroleum mining machinery, ship industry equipment, and engineering hydraulic components. While many of the company’s products are exported to the United States and other countries, Hengchuang also supplies the domestic market in China.

Yin Li-Chang graduated from Nanchang University in Jiangxi province, majoring in mechatronics. At the intersection of mechanics, electronics, and computing, mechatronics specialists create simpler, smarter systems. A talented leader, he has excellent communication, research and development, planning, and decision-making skills.

YUHE XIAO
General Manager, Partner of Xiangyang China Plant

Yuhe Xiao is a Worldwide Sourcing and Solutions strategic business partner under our extensive network of manufacturing and warehousing facilities. As plant manager at Xiangyang Yashi Machinery Co. Ltd., located in in Hubei, China, Xiao is a recognized industry expert in Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) machining. This manufacturing process controls a range of complex machinery, such as grinders, lathes, and turning mills, which are used to cut, shape, and create various components. By combining the elements of computer programming, mechanical design, technical drawings, and mathematics, CNC machinists produce a variety of metal parts. Established in 2008, Yashi Machinery specializes in making machined steel and iron parts for customers in the United States and Europe. The company’s key business is machined castings and machined structural parts. Its primary customers are from industries that include engineering equipment, automobile manufacturing, and agricultural equipment, as well as medical, appliance and consumer electronics.

Xiao has over 30 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing, from mold processing to casting to machining. Prior to working with Worldwide, Xiao studied mold manufacturing in a local foundry and has served as a precision casting workshop technician, director, technical department specialist, and division chief, focusing on production lines, mold localization and mechanical processing.
